ILLUMINATE YOUR BODY FROM WITHIN

A Deep Dive into Gentle Somatic Yoga®

Experience a deep dive into the practice of Gentle Somatic Yoga® (GSY) on this full moon inspired workshop.  If we consider one of the joys of the full moon, which brings light into the darkest time of night, the practice of GSY does just that within ourselves. The practice shines light upon the subconscious ways we react to the stressors of life and store it in our body. This shows up as pain, stiffness, and lack of energy.

Through mindful movement, with the attitude of exploration, we reconnect with the abandoned parts of ourselves and we become whole again.

 All ages and abilities welcome.
